This policy explains what information Mobile Car Care collects through this pilot website, why we collect it, and how it's used. It applies to the service enquiry form and the partner application form.

Information we collect

From the service enquiry form: your name, phone number, and optionally email or LINE ID; your vehicle make, model, and year; the service you're requesting; your city and area; your preferred date and time; and any notes you add.

From the partner application form: your name and business name (if any), contact details, the areas and services you cover, your equipment, years of experience and availability, and any notes you add.

Basic technical information collected automatically by our hosting and form providers, such as IP address and browser type, for security and spam prevention.

How we use your information

To review and follow up on your enquiry or application, including contacting you by phone, email, or LINE.

To manually match a service enquiry with a suitable independent mechanic or garage, or to assess a partner application.

To keep basic records of enquiries and applications so we can measure whether this pilot is working, and to improve our services and coverage over time.

Who we share it with

The independent mechanic or garage matched to your enquiry receives the details needed to carry out the work (such as your vehicle, location, and contact details).

When forms are enabled, submissions are sent to Web3Forms for processing and delivery to our notification email inbox. Cloudflare hosts the website; it does not act as our enquiry database. These providers may process data outside Thailand under their own terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.

Analytics

Google Analytics is not enabled on this website. We do not load third-party web fonts. Hosting and form providers may still process technical data necessary to operate their services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and application records for as long as needed to follow up with you and to evaluate this pilot, and we remove or anonymize records we no longer need for these purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below.
